The Company has talent development program to develop and utilize talent effectively and sustainably according to the needs of the Company’s business development.

The Company identifies employees who have the capability to become Future Leaders based on two key elements, namely competency and performance aspects; as well as several other specific competencies such as knowledge, character, education, skills, as well as experience and other potential that can be optimized. Furthermore, the Company will provide training, ongoing mentoring and guidance as well as the assignment of the talents before being entrusted to lead a project/unit/division/Company.

Periodic and continuous training programs are also held to improve the work competence of employees, so as to support the achievement of sustainable growth. This training activity is intended to provide, improve and develop work competence at a certain skill level in accordance with the level and qualifications of the position/job. The competency development programs cover aspects of knowledge, hard skills and soft skills (attitude). 

The number of trainings in 2024 was 286 training with number of training hours of 73,354 hours.
