Importance

 

Employees are assets that must be managed and maintained well. Employee management by paying attention to human rights is able to increase productivity which ultimately improves the Company’s performance. In addition, the Company’s presence in the community is expected to provide benefits and positive contributions to their lives. Thus, a harmonious relationship is established, which will also support the continuity of the Company’s business activities

 

Scope

 

The scope of reporting comprises the Company including subsidiaries and associated as stated in consolidated financial statements.

 

Initiatives

 

To improve employee performance, the Company carries out various efforts and initiatives, including providing equal opportunities for all employees to pursue a career in the Company, implementing fair and transparent employee management and creating a safe and comfortable work environment. Meanwhile, in order to provide benefits to the community, it is carried out through a series of CSR activities.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the social performance supported by Human Resources Department to ensure employee management and can be carried out according to the targets and Department Human Resources to ensure CSR activities run well.
