In 2023, the Company's sustainability performance began with a commitment to reduce its greenhouse gas footprint through the installation of solar panels in the Company's mall areas. Currently, solar panels producing 1,337 GJ/year have been installed at Gandaria City Mall (producing 1,256 GJ/year) and Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya (producing 81 GJ/year) in collaboration with PT Agra Surya Fastfood. This amount is equivalent to a reduction in emissions of 297.32 tons of CO2e. 

In 2024, we will continue our commitment from the previous year to reduce our greenhouse gas footprint through the installation of solar panels in the Company's mall areas. In 2024, the Company installed solar panels generating 5,115 GJ/year at Pakuwon Mall Yogya (generating 4,031 GJ/year) and Royal Plaza Surabaya (generating 1,083 GJ/year), equivalent to a reduction in CO2 emissions of 868.94 tons. 

In 2025, solar panels were installed at Four Points Kuta, installed in August 2025, bringing the total capacity to 1,875.81 kWp, generating 2,157,706 kWh of electricity per year and reducing GHG emissions by 1,361.02 tons of CO2eq/year.
