The Company also obtained green building certification for Office 88 Kota Kasablanka A (Gold) in 2022, Office 88 Kota Kasablanka B (Gold) in 2022, Pakuwon Tower Kota Kasablanka Jakarta (Gold) in 2023, and Gandaria 8 Office (Gold) in 2023, Pakuwon Center Surabaya (Gold) in 2024, Pakuwon Tower Surabaya (Gold) in 2024, Kota Kasablanka Mall (Edge) in 2024, Tunjungan Plaza 6 Mall (Edge) in 2024. In 2025 there will be an additional 6 buildings that have been certified, namely Gandaria City (Edge), Pakuwon Mall 2 (Edge), FourPoints Tunjungan Plaza Hotel (Establishment), FourPoints Kuta (Establishment), Marriott Hotel Jogya (Establishment), Sheraton Gandaria Jakarta (Establishment). Thus, 29% of the Company's total buildings have received green building certification. The Company also developed a GoGreen application system to integrate and monitor data from all Pakuwon buildings/properties related to sustainability, particularly environmental/energy data.
