On May 21, 2024, the Pakuwon Peduli team visited Jalan Jelidro II, Surabaya to deliver Pakuwon Group's contribution to the construction of the Griya Lanjut Usia St. Yosef Phase II building.

The delegation was received by Sister Marsiana, KSSY, Head of Griya Lanjut Usia 1 St. Yosef. The St. Yosef Surabaya Foundation, which has been managing the Griya Lanjut Usia I building since 2007, reported that the building accommodates 170 elderly people and has already exceeded its capacity, with a growing waiting list.

Meriyen W. Setiaki, GM of Pakuwon Group, expressed hope that the contribution would facilitate the construction process of Griya Lanjut Usia Phase II so that it can serve more elderly people in need.
