Pakuwon Debuts its Very First Fairfield Hotel by Marriott in Bekasi 

 

Bekasi, April 21st, 2025 – Pakuwon proudly debuts its very first Fairfield Hotel by Marriott on April 18th 2025 and also the first double-decker hotel concept in Bekasi, alongside Four Points by Sheraton, also slated to open in 2025. This double-decker hotel complements the Pakuwon Mall Bekasi superblock that sits on a 3.6 hectare of land which integrated with a 45 thousand sqm2 area of retail mall and 4 apartment towers. This project elevate Pakuwon’s position as the best Superblock developer which brings residential, hotel and retail lifestyle in one strategic location. 

Fairfield by Marriott features 166 rooms including suites design with modern style and functional, which increased the total number of hotel rooms under Pakuwon portfolio to be 2,432 rooms consisting of 8 hotels and 2 service apartments as one of its key strategy to strengthen the recurring income.
