Pakuwon Inaugurate Pakuwon Mall Bekasi

 

Bekasi, November 22nd, 2024, Pakuwon proudly inaugurate shopping mall as part of Pakuwon Mall Bekasi superblock on a 3.6 hectare of land, developed by PT Grama Pramesi Siddhi, a subsidiary of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk.

 

 

Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, which will be the 6th superblock established by Pakuwon, is integrated with four apartment towers, and two International Hotel chains. Amor Tower and Bella Tower are both in the final stage and ready for hand over, while two other apartment towers and hotel are still under finishing stage. 

 

Covering area of 45,300 m² Net Leasable Area (NLA), with occupancy more than 95%, Pakuwon Mall Bekasi introduces a new standard of experience in shopping and entertainment such as a unique Active Atrium facilities which consist of Amphitheater seat to enjoy events in a grand scale also Indoor Wall Climbing for the all sports enthusiast. “Featuring tenants such as Aeon Store, Playtopia Adventure, Uniqlo and YESCCI and many others for thorough shopping experience” Ivy Wong, Director of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, said in her statement.
