Financial Performance for H1 2022

PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) booked net income H1 2022 of Rp 2.751 billion, an increase of 11,8% from previous year of Rp 2.460 billion. Gross profit is recorded at Rp 1.417  billion, an increase of 21,0% compared to last year of Rp 1.171 billion. Meanwhile, EBITDA of Rp 1.475 billion is 18,0% better than last year of Rp 1.250 billion. Comprehensive profit is recorded at Rp 861 billion, an increase of 63,4%  from last year’s Rp 527 billion.                


Company’s Recurring revenue in first semester of 2022 reached Rp 1.781 billion, increasing 34,1% compared to that of 2021 of Rp 1.328 billion which comes mainly from Malls’ retail income Rp 1.254 billion, 25,5% better than last year’s of Rp999 billion, and income from hotels Rp 346 billion increasing 97,5% compared to last year of Rp 175 billion. These improvements are in line with the recovering economy in 2022.

Development revenue of The Company in 2022 reached Rp 970 billion, decreasing 14,2% compared to last year of Rp 1.132 billion.

Based on revenue per segment, biggest contribution comes from retail leasing dan condominium sales 46% dan 24% accordingly, followed by Hotel dan Serviced Apartments  14%, landed houses 9%, office leasing 5% ,dan office sales 2%.


Marketing Sales 2022 

Marketing sales semester 1 2022 of Rp 800 billion with breakdown as follow landed houses 52%, condominium 41% and office 7%. The sales are a result of VAT incentive from government.


Capital Expenses 

The Company has spent Rp 286 billion in this first semester of 2022 mainly to fund the construction of Pakuwon Mall bekasi, mall renovation projects as well as to buy landbanks.
