Born in Siantar, on February 7, 1953, and domiciled in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Dr. Sudiman Sidabukke has extensive professional experience in law, education, and advocacy. He earned a Doctorate of Law from Brawijaya University and has served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Surabaya and as an advocate since 1980. He is also the founder of the law firm Sidabukke Clan & Associates in Surabaya.

For his contributions to the legal field, he received the The 200 Club: Indonesia's Most Influential Lawyer award in 2025 and 2026, organized by Hukumonline.  He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the AGMS on June 11, 2026 for the 2026-2028 term of office.

Born on October 21, 1969, and domiciled in Surabaya, East Java.
Completed his undergraduate education majoring in Accounting, Faculty of Economics, Airlangga University, Surabaya, as well as the Master of Science program at Airlangga University, Surabaya. In addition, he studied CPA-IPAI.

He has experience working as a partner at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra (2011-present), Tjahjadi, Pradhono & Teramihardja (2008-2011), Pradhono & Setijawati (2004- 2008), Partner at BAP (2001-2003), Adi Wirawan & Co (2001-2003), Accounting & Tax Manager at NationalShipping Sompany (1998-2000), Associate Manager at Prasetio, Utomo & Co, Arthus Andersen (1992-1997)

 

 

 

Yudianto Prawiro Silianto, CPA, BKP, CA, CBV

Born in Jember on July 27, 1987, and currently residing in Surabaya, East Java. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Widya Mandala Catholic University in Surabaya, completed his Professional Accounting Education at the Surabaya School of Economics, and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the University of Indonesia.

Work experience as an Auditor at Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Partners (2008), Partner and Branch Manager at Mennix & Partners (2022–present), and Member of the Audit Committee at PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk (2025–present).
