PWON Opens Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City, Eastern Surabaya’s First Marriott Hotel 

 

Surabaya, August 25th, 2025 - PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) proudly announce the opening of Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City on Friday August 22nd 2025, a strategically positioned hospitality asset integrated within the newest extension of Pakuwon City Mall. This vibrant mixed-use development spans 11 hectares and seamlessly integrated with shopping mall, 3 apartment blocks, The Courtyard, Park Shanghai (culinary & entertainment destination) and Education park consist of 6 schools and 1 university. Marking the first-ever Marriott-branded hotel in the Eastern part of Surabaya, features 233 design-forward rooms, further increasing the total number of rooms under PWON hospitality portfolio to be 2,665 rooms comprising of 9 hotels and 2 service apartments. Where the revenue contribution from the hospitality segment has already reached around 20% of PWON’s total revenue.
