Year 2022 Financial Performance

PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) recorded net income of Rp 5,987 billion in 2022, 4.8% better than the year before of Rp 5,713 billion. Gross profit in 2022 is at Rp 3,219 billion, 16.5% better than last year of Rp 2,764 billion. In line, EBITDA is recorded at Rp 3,272 billion, increasing 12.2% compared to last year of Rp 2,916 billion. Net profit is Rp 1,831 billion, an 18.1% increase compared to Rp 1,550 billion last year.

 

Company’s Recurring Revenue in 2022 is at Rp 3,870 billion, increase by 43.5% compared to last year of Rp 2,698 billion. Recurring revenue breakdown is revenue from retail mall Rp 2,641 billion, increasing 37% compared to Rp1,931 billion in 2021, revenue from office leasing Rp 300 billion, increasing 13% compared to Rp 266 billion in 2021 and revenue from hospitality Rp 929 billion, increasing 85% compared to Rp 501 billion in 2021 in line with the recovering economy in 2022.

Company’s Development Revenue in 2022 amounting to Rp 2,118 billion, 29.8% lower than last year of Rp 3,016 billion.

Revenue per segment breakdown is retail leasing 44%, hotel and serviced apartment 15%, office leasing 5%, condominium sales 24%, landed housing 11% and office sales 1%.

 

Marketing Sales 2022 increase by 5%

Marketing Sales in 2022 amounting to Rp 1,500 billion, growing 5% compared to last year of Rp 1,434 billion.

Sales breakdown in 2022 is landed houses 51%, condominium and office 42% and 7%, respectively.

 

Capital Expenditure

Capital Expenditure spent by the Company in 2022 amounting to Rp1,004 billion and is mainly to fund the construction of Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, Pakuwon City Mall Surabaya and Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta and Solo Baru renovation as well as purchase of landbank.
