Financial Performance Quarter III 2022

PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) booked net income of Rp 4.495 billion, an increase of 18,7% compared to laster year of Rp 3.788 billion. Gross Profit for Q3 2022 is at Rp 2.364 billion, 36,9% better than last year of Rp 1.727 billion. Accordingly, EBITDA grows 31,8% from Rp 1.852 billion last year to Rp 2.441 billion this year. Net Income is recorded at Rp 1.382 billion, a 72,8%  increase compared to Rp 800 billion last year.

 

 

Company’s Recurring revenue in Q3 2022 amounting to Rp 2.788 billion, an increase of 66,4% compared to that of 2021 Rp 1.675 billion, with retail mall contributing Rp 1.930 billion, 60,5% better than last year’s of Rp1.210 billion, and hotel revenue contributing Rp 576 billion, a staggering 141% increase compared to last year of Rp 239 billion. This better performance is in line with the recovering economy in 2022.

Company’s Development revenue in 2022 achieved Rp 1.707 billion, 19% lower than last year’s Rp 2.113 billion. 

 

Based on revenue per segment biggest contribution is from retail leasing  and condominium sales 43% and 25% accordingly, Hotel and Serviced Apartments  14%, landed houses 12%, office leasing 5% ,and office sales 1%.

 

Marketing Sales 2022 

Marketing sales in Q3 2022 amounting to Rp 1.169 billion, a 16% increase year on year, with sales breakdown in Quarter III 2022 is landed houses 49%, condominium 45% and office 6%.

 

Capital Expenses 

Total capital expenses spent by the Company until Q3 2022 amounts to Rp 776 billion and is mainly to fund construction projects of Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, mall renovation and purchase of landbank.
