Based on 3Q 2021 PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk, has a total of 776.000 sqm NLA Retail Malls (Net Leasable Area) and is predicted to become 872.000 Sqm NLA Retail Malls in 2025.

This is based on the current development of retail malls, namely, Pakuwon City Mall 3 in Surabaya, Pakuwon Mall Bekasi and Kota Kasablanka Mall Phase 4 in Jakarta.
