The CSA Awards, organized by the Indonesian Association of Securities Analysts (PAEI), has named PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk as the winner of the CSA Award for Outstanding Company in the Properties & Real Estate Sector on the Main Board. This recognition is based on a comprehensive evaluation by the Jury Panel on the company’s performance in the capital market throughout the assessment period. 

The assessment covers five key areas: projected profitability, transparency to shareholders, stock liquidity, risk management effectiveness, and commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. These combined factors positioned Pakuwon as a standout performer within the property and real estate sector. 

The award was officially announced at the CSA Awards ceremony on 27 November 2025 at the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta, marking an appreciation for companies that demonstrate consistency, sound governance, and active contribution to Indonesia’s capital market.
